If you've spent time researching burnout recovery, you've probably encountered a lot of advice. Rest more. Meditate. Take magnesium. Eat more protein. Reduce your cortisol. Cut out caffeine.

Pillar Two: Gut-Brain Restoration

Chronic stress can wreak havoc on your gut by disrupting your microbiome, increasing intestinal permeability, and interfering with the gut-brain communication that governs your mood, clarity, and energy levels.

In this pillar, we assess what's happening in your gut and create a targeted restoration plan. For many women, this is where some of the most striking shifts occur including clearer thinking, more stable mood, better digestion, and a return of the kind of energy that doesn't require caffeine to sustain.

Pillar Three: Metabolic Rebuild
